Frequently Asked Questions

What to expect from a SportIntelliLab assessment, whoever you are.

Do I need to be an athlete?
No. SportIntelliLab is built for every body, at every stage of life. We run dedicated test batteries for active adults and athletes, for healthy aging, and for youth. Each one uses the same lab-grade method, with norms calibrated to your population.
What happens during an assessment?
In a single session of roughly one hour to three hours (depending on test battery), an operator guides you through a battery of tests across the five performance pillars (strength, speed and agility, balance, endurance, and posture and flexibility). Each test follows a calibrated, lab-grade protocol and produces precise, reproducible measurements.
What do I get afterwards?
Our AI engine analyses your full assessment history and returns a personalised report: an overall score with risk trend, a five-pillar breakdown, key insights, and a prioritised plan with specific protocols. You can view and track everything on your personal dashboard.
How often should I be tested?
We recommend re-testing roughly every three months. Each session adds to your longitudinal history, so the analysis grows sharper over time and you can see your trajectory across sessions, not just a one-off snapshot.
How is my health data handled?
Your health and biometric measurements are stored on EU servers, encrypted at rest, and used exclusively to generate your personalised analysis. Your data is never sold, and you can request deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
