Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 May 2026

1. What We Collect

Personal data (Art. 6 GDPR):

Special category health & biometric data (Art. 9 GDPR):

2. Lawful Basis

Personal data is processed under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your freely given, informed consent given at registration.

Health and biometric data is processed under Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR — your explicit consent given during profile setup.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data solely to provide personalised athletic performance analysis — generating scores, insights, and training recommendations based on your assessment results. Your data is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.

To generate analysis, pseudonymised measurement data (no name, email, or date of birth) may be sent to external AI service providers under appropriate data processing agreements.

4. Scientific Research

Aggregated and fully anonymised performance data may be used for academic research and scientific publications (e.g. sports science journals). Individual athletes are never identifiable in any publication. Raw personal data is never shared with external researchers or institutions.

This processing is carried out under Art. 89(1) GDPR (scientific research) with appropriate anonymisation safeguards. If you object to your anonymised data being included in research, contact us and we will exclude it.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your account and for 12 months after your last assessment. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Data Processors

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the following rights. Email us at privacy@yourdomain.com to exercise any of them. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies & Local Storage

We store your authentication session token in localStorage. This is strictly necessary for the service to function and does not require separate consent.

9. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
