Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 May 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on SportIntelliLab you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not register or use the service.

2. Service Description

SportIntelliLab is a sports performance testing and analysis platform. It allows athletic performance lab operators to upload assessment data and athletes to receive personalised performance scores, insights, and training recommendations generated from that data.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to register an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 16, parental or guardian consent is required before any account is created.

4. Health Disclaimer

All outputs generated by SportIntelliLab — including scores, risk assessments, and training recommendations — are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health or training based on these results.

5. Data Ownership

Athletes retain ownership of their raw assessment data. SportIntelliLab owns the platform, algorithms, and derived insights. You grant SportIntelliLab a limited licence to process your data for the sole purpose of providing the service described in Section 2.

6. Acceptable Use

7. Limitation of Liability

SportIntelliLab is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
