Clinical testing AI intelligence

Smarter Bodies
Start Here

Your body produces data that most systems never capture. SportIntelliLab runs a clinical-grade biomechanical test battery across five performance pillars. Then AI analyses your full history to turn raw measurements into precise, personalised insights for every body, at every stage of life.

What We Do

SportIntelliLab integrates clinical-grade biomechanical testing with an AI reasoning engine to deliver individualized, evidence-based performance insights. For every athlete, at every level.

🔬

The Deepest Sports Test Available

A structured battery spanning Strength, Speed & Agility, Balance, Endurance, and Posture & Flexibility. Every test follows calibrated lab-grade device protocols published in peer-reviewed research. Generating reproducible metrics that form the factual foundation of every AI analysis.

🧠

Intelligence Insight Engine

Unlike snapshot tools, our AI analyses a patient's longitudinal history: every session, every trend, every trajectory. Calibrated to sport, sex, and experience level, it computes a performance score, risk rating, per-pillar breakdowns, and prioritised recommendations that grow sharper with each assessment.

📊

Personal Performance Dashboard

A live athlete dashboard that turns complex multi-dimensional data into clear, actionable signals: overall score with risk trend, a five-pillar radar chart with session-over-session delta badges, AI-generated key insights, a prioritised exercise plan with specific protocols, and the complete assessment timeline.

The Five Performance Pillars

Strength
Speed & Agility
⚖️
Balance

Posture & Flexibility

One Science, Every Life Stage

Each group is assessed with its own battery: different tests, protocols, and AI norms, chosen for that population. The five performance pillars stay constant, but how we measure them does not.

🌱

Youth

See how a young body is developing during the years that shape it most. Catch imbalances before they take hold, build movement skills with confidence, and discover the sports a child is naturally built to enjoy.

Planned
🏃

Active & Athletes

Clinical-grade diagnostics for productive-age athletes and active adults. Strength, power, speed, endurance and posture, turned into sport-specific training intelligence.

🌿

Healthy Aging

Stay strong, steady, and independent for longer. Functional testing measures the mobility, balance, and strength that daily life depends on, so changes are caught early and progress is something you can see.

The Role of Neuromuscular Control of Postural and Core Stability in Functional Movement and Athlete Performance

Zemková E., Zapletalová L.

Scoping review of 21 studies mapping whether postural and core stability variables are functionally related to athlete performance across sports with high balance and spinal posture demands. Findings show that postural stability is a significant performance factor in archery, gymnastics, shooting, and team sports, while core stability underpins lifting tasks and trunk rotations. Better neuromuscular control of these abilities produces more efficient sport-specific functional movements — establishing the multi-domain stability framework at the foundation of the SportIntelliLab assessment approach.

Cluster Analysis as an Effective Tool for Identifying Physical Fitness in Students: The Basis for an Innovative Approach to Optimizing Physical Education

Cepková A., Cepka R., Šooš Ľ., Honz O., Uvaček M., Žiška J., Zemková E.

Standardised fitness battery (strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, anthropometrics) applied to 88 university students; cluster analysis and ANOVA identified three significantly distinct performance groups. The study demonstrates that data-driven profiling produces actionable segmentation that single-metric thresholds miss, enabling individualised programme design. Co-authored by the SportIntelliLab core team, this methodology directly informs the platform's AI-driven, profile-based interpretation of athlete assessment data.

Sedentary Lifestyle of University Students Is Detrimental to the Thoracic Spine in Men and to the Lumbar Spine in Women

Cepková A., Zemková E., Šooš Ľ., Uvaček M., Muyor J.M.

Cross-sectional Spinal Mouse measurement of sagittal curvature in 59 sedentary university students documented significant sex-specific deviations: thoracic hyperkyphosis was more prevalent in men in both standing and sitting positions, while lumbar hyperlordosis was more prevalent in women in standing. Findings validate the need for sex-stratified posture benchmarks in routine screening, directly informing the Posture & Flexibility pillar of the SportIntelliLab assessment framework.
